Here’s a job we recently did for some folks down in Pickering.
They weren’t please with the cream colour of the trim (soffit and fascia) on their home. The red siding around the upper level dormers had their day. And some of the redish brick work was really standing out. It was time for a change!
We chatted on the phone and I went down to have a look. I could see what they were talking about and could immediately see how the team at True North could improve things on this home. I suggested we remove the cream soffit and fascia as well as the brown eavestroughing and replace it all with Buchner Manufacturing’s Terra Bronze. It’s a fabulous colour and would change the look of their home overnight. They loved the idea and we started on it the next day.
As you can see in the before and after pictures below, it totally revived their porch entrance way.
The homeowners next step is to replace the front door with a black colour with black wrought iron inside the glass. This will go very nicely with the black cast brackets what we have installed with the downpipes around the house.
Bottom line: The homeowners loved the look of their home and their curb appeal has improved over 100%! Like I tell most of my clients, when you do this kind of work on your home, it’s not an expense – it’s an investment!
