Soffit & Fascia

Besides gutters and downpipes, we also install soffit and fascia for a lot of our customers. In a lot of cases, it makes a lot of sense to get it done at the same time, since we are already working on the house.
Proper installation of soffit and fascia is huge went it comes to properly protecting your home. You can see an example of a home that wasn’t properly done in a blog post we did a few years ago. They protect the structural integrity of your house and give it a finishing touch that enhances to look of your home.
Because vented soffits are part of the roof, they play a role in properly venting and regulating the temperature inside the attic. They should also be checked periodically for any water damage or animals or bees and wasps nesting in them. Fascia is also susceptible to water damage which can lead to more issues such as mould, rust and even rot.
You can trust True North to make sure your soffit and fascia are properly installed. Take care of them, and they will take care of you!
Perfect example of Soffit & Fascia installation that enhances the look of this garage in Uxbridge
The gutters were graded for water flowing to the one end into the downpipe overhang onto the side of the garage. If you look closely, you will notice that the soffit in this section is in two sections to give it an angular look. You can’t do this everywhere, but we thought this would give it a nice touch.
