Are you happy with the colours on the outside of your home? What I mean by that, are you happy with the colour of your siding or brickwork? How about your shutters? What about your garage door? Does it go with the rest of your home?
The reason I ask is that we recently did the eavestroughing, soffits and fascia for a home in Port Perry, but we also made some recommendations that changed their home 100%, and the owners are ecstatic!
The homeowners were not pleased with all their red brick and the pink colour accents, so I suggested to change things up a bit with a “terra bronze” that would tone down the pink colour in the brick. Well, they loved it so much that they are having their siding repainted and shutter re-done as well… all in terra bronze.
As you can see from the photos below, it made all the difference in the world… and the value of their home just went up!
